What's new with Bay Explorer?

I haven't sent out a blog post in what feels like a minute, but that doesn't mean I haven't been working hard behind the scenes! After consulting with different sources and receiving some constructive criticism I decided to re-do Bay Explorer's format... no more extended drop down menus, a new calendar section so you can preview events months ahead, and a new section called Peaceful Plates. Plus the homepage got a face lift, if you haven't seen what's new with Bay Explorer I encourage you to check it out! The site in general is still under construction (as I have over 180 pages of content it is a lot to take on). But it is more of what you love: fun places to take your kids, annual events, free information of Free upcoming events and now easier to navigate...Click on the link to be directed to our home page and check out what's new HOME PAGE .

Looking for a mouth watering meal in a family friendly setting that's good for your body and the environment? Check out the new Peaceful Plates section of Bay Explorer! As many people know I am a vegan mom trying to raise two vegan kids. Vegan for our health, vegan for the planet, vegan for the animals we love so much. Trying to lead compassionate lifestyles...And guess what? That is so easy in the Bay Area! The Bay Area has a plethora of family friendly vegan restaurants and mouth watering choices for vegans at some of your favorite restaurants. Even if you have not gone vegan yet, you will certainly appreciate what these restaurants have to offer. Check out this new section- all restaurants have been kid tested and approved by my girls!

Lastly Calling all mommas!!!!! Bay Explorer will soon add another component to it- Momma's Corner. Here I will post articles, tips, reviews, stories, and blogs from other Bay Area moms.
