Description: If you want to see animals here is the best place to do it! The animals are basically wild and free with not much in the way of caging. As a person who is not a fan of zoos this is still a great way to see animals up close and personal! The Wild Animal Park has many different types of safari tours for you to view the animals. From ziplining, to trikes, to caravans. You can explore the park in so many ways! The park gets very hot- it's been close to 100 degrees when I've visited, so it's nice to take a break from the walking and let a tram take you for a ride. On the tram you feel like you are in a real African safari! It is really  nice to see  the animals roaming around instead of caged up. You can also do activities like feed birds, go on a hot air baloon ride, or take a spin on a carousel. This is the best way I've experienced to see wild animals without the guilt of seeing them unhappily locked up behind bars!

Highlights: When it is as hot as it gets at the park it is nice to not have to walk everywhere! Take a tram, take a trike, take a safari cart but take something so you don't have to walk everywhere in the heat!

Tips: Bring sunscreen and comfortable walking shoes. Also if you want to do a special safari excursion try and go online and book ahead of time. Sometimes different options are all booked up for the day when you get there.
